24 Mar 2023 Geography Quiz Night Mar 24, 2023 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM It's ba-ack! Come one come all to our Geography Quiz night on March 24, 2023. It will be at the usual venue - Great Works School in South Berwick, Maine - and we will have teams of grown-ups and young people competing for the coveted carved trophies and bragging rights that goes will winning and competing in this geography competition. Mike Moloney returns as the quizmaster and there will be audience questions as well. Come for the enlightenment, the entertainment, the home-baked and other goodies to eat, and the raffle items and prizes. Event starts at 6 p.m. and this year will benefit the South Berwick - Eliot Rotary's international project in Milot, Haiti in support of the Eben Ezer School and the Life and Hope projects. A portion of the proceeds will also go to other initiatives of the Rotary Club in support of local and international good works.
31 Mar 2023 Dance and Fundraiser for Camp Kita Mar 31, 2023 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Camp Kita is a camp in Maine specifically organized for young people who have been impacted by suicide. This dance and fundraiser features the popular local band "Undercover" and in addition to the great music you can enjoy hearty hors-d'oeuvres and snacks, an open bar, and raffle and auctions items to try to win. Proceeds from the event will support Camp Kita and provide camping experiences specifically designed for young people affected by suicide of a loved one or friend. A portion of the proceeds will also support other local initiatives of the South Berwick - Eliot Rotary Club. Come enjoy the music and fun and help a worthy cause!
01 Apr 2023 Volunteer at Easter Egg Hunt at Sandy Hill Farm Apr 01, 2023 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM We will be bringing our Rotary Food Trailer to Sandy Hill Farm in Eliot and serving donuts and beverages and helping out while the community has its day-long Easter Egg Hunt there. This is a charity event and charities in town will be recipients of the proceeds from the event.
