Thanks to so many donors around the district, Rotarians in Peru, and other generous people, Marshwood Interact student Nellie Young was able to improve education in the village of Pachacamac, not far from Lima, Peru. It was Nellie's vision that made this all happen. A District 7780 grant provided almost $4000 and Nellie raised about $12,000 more, and those funds were used to replace an unhealthy school, renovate another school building, and now we hear that because the contractor in Peru donated his labor, we have about $1900 left over to repair yet another school in that region!
