Seen here with her parents, we congratulate Irene Somers, a 6th grader at Marshwood Middle School for being selected our October Student of the Month.She raises funds for good causes, works at and for food pantries, does lots of community service via her affiliation with her Girl Scouts troop, and even travels abroad to help kids less fortunate than she is, and the beat goes on. Irene Somers lives the "service above self" Rotary motto and we are so proud and appreciative of her. Congratulations, Irene, and keep up the great work! Thank you for all you do!
